Part Time Client Success Manager – Hybrid role based in Bristol

We’re a small, friendly growing team and we’re looking for someone who can help support our clients and work with the development team to ensure successful projects that are delivered on time.

We work a mixture of regular office days at our offices in Bradley Stoke (North Bristol) and working from home. Please only apply for this role if you are prepared to work from the office at least 2 days per week. 

This role requires daily part time hours, which can be flexible to suit you. 

 

Responsibilities & Duties

You will be responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy relationships. You will support customers through their projects to ensure that their goals are met and that they are kept informed of progress at every stage in the process.

You will work directly with clients to help solve their problems to a high standard. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

You will work with the support team to appropriately schedule tasks with a member of the support team, following up to ensure the task is completed within our SLA and keeping the client informed of progress. 

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the client’s brief has been fulfilled and that projects run on time and to budget. 

Other responsibilities include checking various company mailboxes, managing client reports and assisting with credit control and marketing activities. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

This role requires technical knowledge of WordPress and web development. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between what the client wants to achieve and the technical solution we offer. You should be able to understand technical problems and explain solutions in a clear and engaging way.

You may have worked in a technical role in the past; perhaps you’ve been a developer or a project manager and are looking for a flexible, people-focussed role. Our ideal candidate would have ample experience of WordPress – perhaps a freelancer who is looking for a change.

You’re someone who can use their initiative to react to changing priorities and competing demands. You’re comfortable communicating professionally with both your team and clients and you always provide excellent customer service.

You’re an optimistic, positive person who enjoys a challenge and likes working in a small team. 

You’re motivated, driven and have excellent organisational skills, ensuring you can work independently on a number of projects and deadlines. 

 

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 – £40,000 Pro Rata – 20-25 hours per week
